We’ve been running Reformer courses for over 25 years and the demand for Reformer classes & Reformer teachers has never been greater than now, with Reformer studios popping up on high streets on a daily basis!

We believe that anyone teaching on the Pilates Reformer must have a solid training base in the Pilates Method, having qualified in Pilates matwork before moving on to Reformer training.

The difference between a healthy movement and a risky one
is moving the spine while creating space between vertebrae.
In my Pilates School this Principle is called "Oppositional Energies"
and it is not easy to apply. Maybe it is easy to think, but to apply it
you need to have a lot of awareness and really understand what bones and muscles to use in order to obtain a nice stretched spine while moving the body.
