Another gorgeous soundbath tonight 🫶💖✨

Tonight’s theme was Rise and Renew.
We had a cacao and a short guided meditation before tonight’s soundbath.
Everyone took home an intention prompt sheet to help with spring intentions - if you’d like a copy just comment Rise below and I’ll send it to you.

Thank you to the gorgeous Catherine for inviting to host such a special sound bath in their beautiful salon this evening 🙏💖

We began with , opening the heart space, followed by a short guided meditation to plant seeds of intention 🌱✨
Crystal singing bowls and other instruments were played, helping to harness the energy of the full moon and spring.

🐥 As a little Easter treat, each guest received a goody bag with a delicious cupcake and some wellness treats including a soothing Yogi tea to enjoy as they complete their intention prompts tomorrow.

It was a true joy to hold space for you all, thank you 💖
