In yoga balancing and stabilising the being in its entirety is the basis of life and joy. Health is a factor of balance and joy, not the other way around. First, you must balance your intake, then balance the output, what remains is an immune system in balance, from this you can find joy in contentment. This is creating good health as there is no fight or flight syndrome ie; panic and mania (sound familiar?!) affecting your nervous system. Remember, your external world is a projection of your internal one, if you have positive intention and perspective within you it's easy to create it around you. However, if we allow negative influence to task our system we can only expect the same to manifest around us. Start to take responsibility for your own conscious self, there is no corporation like internal cooperation.
