Yesterday's news had me in a spin - my cortisol was high and I felt agitated, angry and helpless. Watching world events unfold that cause suffering make me sick to my stomach.

Then feelings of guilt as its not directly affecting me so I can only imagine a glimmer of what the people that are involved must be feeling.

Connecting with nature brought me back to myself and watching repeats of daft TV shows.

Pretty shells at the beach today were a reminder that life is meant to be beautiful 🐚
