🌸 A Little Floral Treasure Awaits… 🌿

We’ve hidden a bunch of flowers today — a small surprise for whoever discovers them first. If you’re out for a walk near Craigholm Bridge, keep your eyes open… your adventure begins along the river.

Here's your clue to find them:

🗝️ Walk down past the university until Craigholm Bridge comes into view.
Stay on the university side, where the river quietens and the path narrows.
Just before the bridge, a weathered stone wall stands guard over the walkway.
Look carefully in front of that old wall —
for there, where no flowers should be growing,
a burst of colour waits for the one curious enough to find it.

If you find the bouquet, we hope it brings a moment of joy.

A little burst of spring landed in our reception today 💛🌼

A huge thank you to Peter Wilson & Sons Funeral Directors for surprising us with these beautiful bunches of fresh daffodils - they’ve really brightened everyone’s day.

We’ll be sharing them with patients in our In-Patient Unit, where we know they’ll bring plenty of smiles.

Pictured is Susie, our Lead Practitioner for the Community Nursing Team, who happened to be in just the right place at the right time to help us capture the moment!

As Mother’s Day approached, we knew this time could bring a mix of emotions for many in our community. Whether people were celebrating, remembering, or simply taking a quiet moment, we held you all in our thoughts.

Over the past weekend, we delivered fresh daffodils locally — a small symbol of hope, renewal, and cherished memories. It was our way of offering a little brightness and letting our community know we’re here for you.

Thank you to everyone who accepted a bouquet. It was a privilege to share these moments with you.
