⭐ Calling All Parents & Guardians of Tip-Toers! ⭐

Do you have a child aged 2–7 who walks on their toes? We're looking for 10 little explorers to take part in an exciting project in partnership with Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

👟 What's it all about?
We're trialling specially designed footwear to help children who toe walk develop a healthy heel-to-toe gait.
Your child will take part in a fun session at the university lab, then wear the shoes at home for 2 weeks and share their experience with us.
They'll receive a FREE pair of the trainers when the trial ends!

📅 When?
The trial runs from March to May 2025
Still time to sign up!

With 6 weeks to go the swim nationals are just around the corner, good luck to the those of you competing!

We ve seen an interesting surge in typical presentations amongst swimmers in recent weeks:
Limited trunk rotation during gait; breathing pattern dysfunction and the obvious shoulder issues.

Flexibility, rational control and breath work are essential land based components of training, better still arrange an assessment to devise your individual specific programme.
