Another 5-Star Review – Real Change, Real Relief

_"I would like to thank James at Enso Therapy with all my heart. I came to James quite skeptical but knowing I wanted to be a better version of myself, so I entered into therapy with an open mind. I had no idea at that time how this journey would change my life for the better.

I contacted James and explained what my problems/issues were and what I wanted to change. I was constantly overthinking things within my relationship, to the point I was making up stories in my head when there were no facts—it was just fear and feelings. I would react to what I had thought was happening.

I had constant anxiety when my partner went out or went on holiday—it was endless, and the strain it put on myself and my partner was unthinkable. I knew I had to do something.

I’ve just finished my 6th session and I cannot thank James enough. I feel I am now in control of my thoughts and my life. I’ve got a set of tools to work with as and when I need them.

It’s completely normal but the question is:
Is it kind? Is it helpful? Does it work for you… or against you?

If your internal voice is always:
🔸 Judging you harshly
🔸 Replaying old mistakes
🔸 Putting others down or assuming the worst...
Then it’s likely not coming from your calm, compassionate self it’s coming from past pain, fear, or unhealed stress.
