Aerial Yoga is a beautiful practice, the soft and luxurious silks suspended in a hammock, give incredible support, aid deepening of postures and, of course, allow for superb inversions that activate your left/right brain activity and decompress the spine.

Weightlessness, the sensation of suspension and support are deeply nourishing qualities achieved with aerial yoga, cocooned in the silks, inner contemplation and connection to self and the moment are experienced, and the relaxation at the end of each class offers the most divine experience for a truly blissful savasana.

Our classes at Shenkido are for everyone, we practice and grow together with light hearts and open minds.

Fiona is a spiritual teacher and one of the first teachers to offer aerial yoga in the North West. As a spiritual teacher she brings a deeper dimension to her classes. Yoga is translated as relationship with self, being able to express that philosophy and share it from the perspective of a spiritual teacher allows everyone to feel profoundly well, no mater what was accomplished in class, you will leave empowered, connected and open to all the possibilities of living your truth and in your greatest capacity.
