There may be varying degrees of conflict around you at the moment. This may be others disagreeing, and possibly drawing you into arguments, or it could even be you yourself having the disagreements. Just be mindful about why this could be happening. Do you have a genuine reason to be offended or upset by by the words or actions of others, or could you be feeling a need to stamp your ground and win all battles no matter what the consequences, maybe. You will have heard the phrase ' choose your battles carefully', this is one of those times for doing exactly that. By all means stand up for yourself and create reasonable boundaries if there is a genuine need but also be aware of the consequences of actions, words spoken, and any possible long-term repercussions.

It's time to take a little break, time out just for you. A time for some quiet reflection on how you would like to move forward. Sometimes, we can only do this if we set boundaries to enable some well-deserved self care.
And, sometimes there is a need make plans or decisions which may prove difficult to do with so much noise going on around us. Taking this time out will allow you to quietly listen to your own thoughts, feelings and intuition inorder to find any answers you may be seeking.
Relationships may need a little space now. Careers may need to be reassessed for progress to be made. Finances may need time for an overhaul if they have been a little wayward of late.
No matter what the reason, the Hermit always indicates now is the time for some much needed self care to renew energy.

This card usually presents when there is a heavy feeling of overwhelm. You may be experiencing stress and/or overload. Whatever it is certainly feels like a heavy burden right now. This may or may not be as heavy as it seems in reality but, either way, it's still a struggle to deal with. If you can, try to take a step back to look carefully at why you are feeling this way. Ask yourself are things as bad as you think, or could you have fallen into a path of negative thinking that is preventing you from seeing any light at all.
Take this time to carefully consider if you can make any changes that will change either the cause or the effect of these feelings. And, if you feel this is still too difficult to break free from, is there anybody who may be able to help with this. Be assured there is.
There is light to be found, but when overwhelm takes over it becomes very difficult to see.
Don't be afraid to seek help to overcome this hurdle.

Whatever you have been through of late, things are about to get a whole lot better. You are now leaving those times behind. They will be replaced with a feeling of calm and peacefulness at last.
A process of healing is underway and this starts with a shift in mindset. This isn't an easy thing to do but with a little perseverance you will soon be on your way to much better things ahead.
You are starting to look at your life and situation in a different way and you will start to see how you can resolve the problems of old.
If others offer to help you on your way be willing to accept their generosity as it will ease your efforts along the way.
It's a case of onwards and upwards all the way for you now.

Is it vital that you contribute or could this make things worse. It might be time to walk away from any conflict now, rather than just trying to prove your point. Allow things to calm before positive communication can begin.
Challenges and competitiveness can be good for us and can create growth but, on reflection, if this isn't feeling healthy then it's time to walk away and leave the situation to sort itself out.
