The Level 1 Foundation Training in Family Constellations is an invitation into a deeper way of seeing - ourselves, our families, and the systems we belong to.

This online training offers a grounded introduction to the principles and practices of Family Constellations, supporting participants to develop perceptual awareness, systemic understanding, and an embodied relationship with the work.

It is suitable for those new to constellations, as well as practitioners, therapists, and facilitators who wish to deepen their foundations and integrate a systemic lens into their existing work.

From a systemic perspective, a new year is not a clean break, but a continuation - shaped by what has come before, and guided by what is quietly asking for attention now.

This is a moment to stand at the threshold,
to meet what is true, and to take the next step in its own time. 🌿

❄️ Winter Solstice & the Holiday Season - A Turning Inward ✨

As the Winter Solstice arrives, we enter the deepest night of the year - a natural pause at the heart of the holiday season.

This time is often wrapped in expectations of togetherness, joy, and celebration. Yet for many, the holidays stir complex family dynamics - presence and absence, closeness and distance, love and loss.

From a systemic perspective, family is more than who we sit beside at the table. We are shaped by many generations - seen and unseen - and belonging is not measured by proximity or tradition.

The solstice invites a different kind of remembering:
- to honour what has been,
- to allow what is difficult to be held with honesty, and
- to turn gently inward as the light begins its quiet return.

However you are moving through this season - with family, apart from them, or holding grief - may you meet what is true and hold yourself with love and care.

May this solstice and holiday time offer you moments of rest, softening, and inner clarity,
as the light slowly finds its way back. 🕯️🌲
