At Shinfield Club, we love making the most of the warmer weather by getting out and about and exploring our local community ☀️

Whether it’s a visit to Paddington, or a trip to the garden centre to smell the flowers and enjoy a coffee and cake, these are normally our favourite spots. It’s all about fresh air, good company, and the simple pleasures that make the day special 🌿☕

This week at Shinfield, we’ve been taking time to show our appreciation for the incredible families and carers who support our amazing members when they are not with us.

Their strength never goes unnoticed, and the love, patience, and care they show every single day is truly beautiful 💛

We’ve had some lovely discussions together about what our loved ones do for us and what we are grateful for. To celebrate, we also spent time making some beautiful cakes and heartfelt cards as a small token of our appreciation.

✈️ Today, our members had a fantastic day out at the Gatwick Aviation Museum! We loved exploring the planes, sharing memories of past travels, and learning from the amazing volunteer guide. The day ended perfectly with a relaxing lunch while watching planes take off. A truly memorable trip!✈️

🐾 Exciting day recently at the Wokingham Club! 🐾

We were thrilled to welcome Browells Wood Animal Therapy for a visit. Our members had the joy of meeting some incredible furry (and feathery!) friends, including chickens, rabbits, a guinea pig, a gorgeous pony, and a beautiful dog. 🐔🐇🐹🐴🐶

It was such a lovely day full of smiles, cuddles, and lots of animal love! 💛
