What is Reflexology?
I offer reflexology on the feet, hands, or face. Most people know reflexology that is given via the feet (in my experience, it is the most responsive method). However, reflexology on the hands is fantastic for those who don’t like their feet being touched. If you want a deeply relaxing treatment, facial reflexology is simply bliss.
Reflexology is a method of applying pressure to various zones or reflexes. Each reflex represents a corresponding area of the body; therefore, stimulating a reflex can stimulate the corresponding organ or body area.
Stimulating a reflex aids the body by releasing energy blockages and achieving natural balance. Reflexology offers broad benefits by addressing the whole person rather than just the symptoms of illness. It can also assist in maintaining homeostasis—the natural equilibrium of mind, body, and spirit.
Reflexology balances energy to return the body to a state of equilibrium on a mental, emotional, and physical level.

A treatment increases circulation even though only the feet are physically massaged. Stimulation of the circulatory points encourages a more effective circulation.
The lymph system is boosted, which improves immunity and the removal of toxins and impurities within the body.
Through the removal of toxins and impurities, the kidneys and digestive system activity improves.
It is a deeply relaxing treatment on both a mental and physical level.
Once the body is deeply relaxed, it initiates its own healing forces. Reflexology doesn’t heal the body; it heals itself.
The treatment increases the feeling of well-being as endorphins are released.
Pain is eased as the pressure points act to confuse the body, therefore interrupting the pain cycle.
It soothes and stimulates the nervous system.
There is a balancing effect on the endocrine system.
It is also shown that reflexology can affect blood pressure, having a normalising effect.

This, to me, is a beautiful story I wanted to share. It's amazing how the Angels, Spirit Guides and the Universe work.

I’ve just taken my mum’s watch to a watch repairer who has been recommended to me. This watch stopped working when Mum left this earthly realm. It was given to her on her 21st birthday by my dad (1950). It’s now three years since Mum passed, and in that time, I’ve taken the watch to many jewellers to be repaired. Sometimes, the watch was sent away for a diagnosis, but each and every one said the watch was too old and the parts were no longer available. Now, anyone who knows me knows I don’t leave any stone unturned, not when my intuition was screaming I was being fobbed off.

By chance, I took a necklace of my mum’s to a family-run jeweller in Camberley and asked if they knew of anyone who repairs watches. Yes, they did! They gave me his number, and I contacted him. He said it was a beautiful watch, and yes, he could repair it! He explained that the balance mechanism in Mum’s watch had stopped working. I asked him what he meant, and he explained, “it’s the heart of the watch”. Mum’s watch stopped working when she passed. Her heart stopped, as did her watch! It was at that point I explained my previous experiences, and he just smiled and said to leave it with him. As I drove home, I followed a car and the number plate was “### MUM” – I am a huge believer in signs, you just need to be open to seeing them, and that most definitely was a sign from my mum. Thank you, Mum, and I know you are thanking me for my (sometimes) stubborn persistence. This has filled my heart with joy.
