I warmly invite you to our annual 2-hour gathering blending Yin Yoga, Ceremonial Cacao, Reiki-infused Sound Healing, Love and Spirit ✨

Inspired by Samhain, a Celtic tradition marking the transition into winter—a time for deep reflection and connection with our ancestors.

After embracing a slower pace the past 6 months with my pregnancy, I wasn’t sure whether we’d be offering this one this year, but I’ve felt deeply called to hold this space! Guided by spirit, this gathering always energises me, I can’t wait to share the magic together again.

Together, we’ll ground ourselves with candlelit Yin Yoga, drink ceremonial cacao to awaken the senses, and embark on a sound healing journey featuring crystal bowls, gongs, and rhythmic drumming with the wonderful soul that is 💛

This gathering is real nourishment for the mindbody and soul 🌙
