Spent my Sunday watching some of Britain’s best cyclists battling it out at the national champs. Very weird but lovely to be in the stands for once, rather than running around like a headless chicken in track centre. Some phenomenal performances and reminds me why I love this sport and can’t wait to be back working in track centre soon! 🔴⚪️🔵

Bit late to the insta game but what a week this was to end the season!

Incredible performances in dismal weather, soggy feed zones and hotel room banquets 🤌🏼

Wouldn’t change my job or team for the world but by eck I’m ready for a rest and to sleep in my own bed!

Beyond excited to officially announce I’m going to the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, working with the amazing athletes and staff from British Cycling and forming part of ParalympicsGB!!

10 years ago I started my Sports Therapy degree and I honestly never imagined the doors it would open or the adventures I’d have, all disguised as ‘work’. My life is a dream 🤪

I can’t wait to see what these superhumans can do in Paris! Beyond proud to be a small part of their success and showcasing their ridiculous talent to the world.

A couple of weeks ago I completed a training course in Shockwave Therapy ⚡️

This is a service I can now offer on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at !
