Weather Update ❄️⚠️

Due to the weather conditions, the practice will be opening later than usual today at 10:00am to allow time for safe travel for both staff and patients.

Our phone lines will remain open from 8:00am, and we will be operating an urgent triage system during this time.
We will contact patients who are booked for appointments before 10:00am to rearrange these.

Please take extra care when attending the practice and using the car park, which we are clearing as safely and quickly as possible.

The Practice will continue to monitor the risk of staff travelling to the Practice and patients travelling to the Practice. The Practice aims to open from 8am as usual however this may change due to worsening weather conditions. Update to follow at 7am.

🎄 **Christmas Prescription Reminder** 🎄

Please remember to order your repeat prescriptions in good time for the festive period.

Our practice works on a **3-working-day ordering cycle**, and the following are **not working days*:
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
• New Year’s Day

Our dispensary team is extremely busy during this period due to the Christmas break, so fast-tracking prescriptions will be kept to a minimum.
Ordering early helps us ensure everyone receives their medication on time.

🚗 Polite Notice – Practice Car Park Use

We kindly ask that patients and members of the public do not use the practice car park outside of our opening hours.

Recently, we have experienced unauthorised vehicles using the car park during local Chatsworth events. This has caused difficulties for our gardening and maintenance team, who require full access to the site over the weekend.
To ensure the safety and smooth running of the practice, out-of-hours parking is not permitted.
