Fun in the sun today with my golden nugget 🥰 it’s been scorching today and I’m feeling a little burnt after been out all day riding and teaching! However I’m feeling so much looser after my sports massage from A.R.M Rehabilitation and Massage ready for my show on Thursday, thank you 💖 I can’t recommend Ailis enough if your looking for sports rehab/massage therapy, she’s fab especially with rider related issues! I’m so grateful for all of her help and support!
