My first time trying Gorse flower tea π΅
It was zingy and tangy, not one I'd go for often..
But lovely to sample Nature's bounty
Daily I go for nettle or dandelion picked from the garden
Wild garlic is another staple at the moment
SautΓ©ed in olive oil it add so much intense flavour to any meal π
