Last week, Lewis had the privilege of conducting the funeral service for the late Mr. Geoffrey Mabbott in Tideswell.

Geoffrey was a true gentleman and a great enthusiast of all things steam, and it was an honour to arrange a service so fitting for his lifelong passion for steam engines.

Louisa Margaret Tindall
of Bakewell, passed away peacefully on 30th July 2025, aged 53 years.
A much-loved lady who will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
A celebration of Louisa's life will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Ashford in the Water on Thursday 21st August at 11:30am.

Bringing the Jepson Teams Together

We recently hosted a BBQ for all our staff and their families — a wonderful opportunity to come together and celebrate the people who make our business what it is today.

It was a proud moment for the Jepson family to see everyone gathered in one place and see the friendships that have formed across the branches. The weather may not have been perfect, but it certainly didn’t dampen the mood or the smiles!

We’re incredibly proud to employ over 50 local team members across all of our branches,this event was a reminder that we’re more than just a workplace — we’re a family.

Yesterday, Tom Jepson and his son Archie attended the VE Day Commemorative Service at St Helen’s Church, Darley Dale.

We were delighted to sponsor and produce the Order of Service, marking the courage and sacrifice of those who served.

It was a privilege to be part of such a special community event.
