She offers supportive options throughout, helping you build heat, strength and focus at your own pace. It’s a moving meditation that wakes up your whole body, boosts circulation and clears the mind after a busy day.
Then at 6:45pm, sink into her beautifully grounding Yin class. Long, nourishing holds gently target the fascia and connective tissues, increasing mobility, releasing tension, and soothing the nervous system.
