Rowenna has over 25 years of experience of offering Reiki to people and animals and has been teaching Mindfulness for over 3 years.
Having a natural aptitude for hands on healing at a young age, she wanted to learn how to practice healing in a safe framework and turned to Usui Reiki and in her early 20s completed her first degree Reiki with Vivien Candlish. She later went on to complete her second degree and her masters.
Meditation was also of interest to her from a young age, and also in her early 20s, started the practice of Zazen and Kototama with Sensei Ezra.
Both Reiki and meditation have been significant in her tool box of strategies to work on herself and to maintain her spiritual, emotional and mental wellbeing.
In her 40s, Rowenna attended an 8 week mindfulness course and her meditation practice changed. After leading several session within her community, she felt that it was time to train as a mindfulness teacher and has been practicing and teaching now for 3 years.
