Patient Notice – Evergreen System Update

We are currently experiencing issues with our Evergreen app, which has been running slowly this morning. Our Evergreen Support Team is working hard to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the meantime, our reception staff have been taking urgent calls from patients since 8:00 am and are booking appointments manually to ensure continuity of care.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while this issue is being fixed.

Patient Notice – Check-In Screen Available

To make checking in quicker and easier, we have a self-check-in screen for appointments.

📍 The screen is located on the left-hand side after you walk through the second set of double doors.

We kindly ask that all patients use the check-in screen whenever possible.
This allows our reception staff to spend more time assisting patients who are unable to use the screen and to manage other important office tasks.
