Today is International Women’s Day 💜

A day to celebrate the strength, compassion, resilience and magic that women bring into the world every single day.

But it’s also a day to acknowledge that being a woman isn’t always easy. Many of us carry so much — caring for others, juggling responsibilities, navigating expectations, and quietly pushing through challenges that others may never see.

To every woman who keeps going even when things feel heavy…
To every woman learning to put herself on the list too…
To every woman supporting other women along the way…

You are powerful, you are worthy, and you deserve time for rest, healing and kindness.

Today is a reminder that looking after ourselves is not selfish — it’s necessary.

✨ What is Reiki? ✨

It’s non-invasive, soothing, and a beautiful way to support your emotional and physical wellbeing.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or out of balance, Reiki can offer you a quiet space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

A 30 minute session is a great way to try.

I have an appointment available on Monday 6th at 3.30 for an hour healing session it will be a mixture of guided meditation, crystal healing, reiki and sound healing.
£25 usual price will be £40.00

This will be a practice session for me to get my routine flowing well.

To my wonderful clients,

Firstly, thank you for your continued support, trust, and loyalty — it truly means the world to me. 💆‍♀️💛 Over time, I’ve worked hard to improve the quality of my service, invest in better products, and stay up to date with advanced techniques so you always leave feeling your best.

As of 1st September there will be a small increase in my massage prices. This change reflects the rising costs of running a small business and ensures I can continue offering you the highest level of care and service.

Here is the new price list:

✨ 30 minutes – £25
✨ 45 minutes – £32
✨ 60 minutes – £40
✨ 75 minutes – £45
✨ 90 minutes – £50

I understand changes like this can be unexpected, and I’ll always do my best to provide value, comfort, and a healing experience every time you visit.
