Ashwell Pilates Physio-lead pilates for all ages and abilities Classes are on a Monday & Wednesday evening and Thursday & Friday morning, and cost £7.00 per session.

Monday class (on the ball) 6.30pm
Wednesday classes: 6-7, 7.10-7.55 (beginners class), and 8-9pm. Thursday Class: 9.30-10.30
Friday class: 9.45-10.45am
Class for people affected by osteoporosis Friday 11am
