What a year!!!!!!!

It has been a BIG one, with expansion & contraction of our business 🌊 (from small to big, from one to two 👯‍♀️, we grew a team and then closed and moved from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 …. Serious rollercoaster 🎢 )

And yet, its the clients I have helped that I remember, that keep me on my path when the road gets rough, and is what still gives me the warm fuzzy feeling when I remember what I love 💗 most about being a Chiropractor.

Whether I have seen someone three times, or for months or years, I remember everyone (I share the 🐘 gift!) and I remember the gratitude we have for each other.

I am excited about the next chapter, the clients Im yet to meet, the families Im yet to help and the transformations Im yet to be part of. 🐛🦋

I am truly so grateful for the people who have come to see me and the wisdom I have grown.

Its given me the experience to help 1000s more and given me the lift to continue when times are challenging.

Forever and always in service, I carry everyone in my heart. X

The Network Technique is not only gentle but it is impressively effective at getting people’s nervous system into a balanced relaxed state. Its remarkable (still) even to us! And we then choose if we need to “manually adjust” any joints AFTER the body has the opportunity to clear the tension patterns itself.

🌺 Today highlights for us how important it is to support mums. Being a mother has every colour of emotion, its not just love and joy and gratitude. And mums need to be ok in their minds to be the emotional support for our next generation. So friends, family , partners of mothers, colleagues, check in, be gentle with advice, support them and remind them they are worthy of self care, time out, support. ♥️
