Hello all, what lovely weather we have been having. Just a note to let you know we are closed tomorrow for the September weekend. We shall return as normal on Tuesday 30th September. The Audiology team will be back on Monday 6th October 2025. If you were thinking about collecting your glasses tomorrow, please let me know and I will see if there is a safe place we can leave them for your convenience. Otherwise, please collect today or next week. I hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience. Have the loveliest weekend 😊

We have received an unusually high volume, so please bear with us.....our normal efficiency to call you back on the day of our return may not be possible. We are so very sorry. Just to let you all know we are aware there is a problem with the mobile service in and around our area. It doesn't just affect EE but other mobile providers as well. We have been leaving messages but people are telling us they aren't receiving them. We are closed next week for a short break. We will be back again on Tuesday 15th July. All audiology/ear wax removal appointments will take place as usual on Monday 7th and 14th July. Should you need to speak to Michael at Hear Always his telephone number is: 0330 341 0845.
If you have received a telephone call from us letting you know we have received your order of glasses and contact lenses and were planning on popping in next week to collect, please contact me asap if you would like your items left with a trusted business locally.
All other orders will be ready to collect when we are back.
Please look after yourselves. Don't forget to wear safety specs when gardening or carrying around sharp implements!

Want to know what to do with your drawers full of old glasses that you no longer wear?

Drop them into the recycling box located in our shop and you will be helping lots of worthy causes, not just in the UK but other countries as well.

*This is a recycling point for spectacles only. We cannot accept old cases/bags etc*.
