If only it was still Summer! It's easier to be healthier in Summer.
I hear this a lot. Seasonal changes are real.
Gloomy nights are less appealing to get outside, I get it.
Seasonal changes can throw people wildly off.
They hark back to Summer, but have forgotten they also struggled then; they were busy, away, children home etc
How do we combat this?
Embrace what the new season can offer!
