We have been busy clearing the car park but it keeps snowing 🌨 🙈 The path from the car park to the clinic has been cleared and gritted, if you are coming for an appointment please make sure you stick to the path.

The main roads are clear. The driveway up is no problem if you have 4 wheel drive, can't pass comment on non 4 wheel drive vehicles.

I appreciate not everyone wants to drive in the snow so if you have an appointment and would like to reschedule that's no problem, just let me know soon as possible 😊

☕Top tip for all you coffee lovers out there☕

We wake up groggy in the morning due to a chemical in our brain called Adenosine. Adenosine levels are naturally lowest upon waking and rise throughout the day. Drinking caffeine first thing blocks adenosine receptors. To avoid a mid-morning energy crash, it is recommended to delay coffee intake by 60-90 minutes after waking, allowing your body's natural cortisol to peak and adenosine levels to clear.

Means your first coffee will be amazing and you probably won’t feel the need for much more throughout the day! 😉

Huge congratulations 🥳 to Dave Evans who has completed the swim, road&mountain bike and most of the running of the Inferno Triathlon in Switzerland! Considered one of the toughest in the world consisting of a 3KM swim, 97KM road bike and 30KM mountain bike topped off by a 25KM run all at altitude!

Unfortunately the race had to be halted in Murren due to a storm rolling in which must be so frustrating for Dave, as he went out to do it last year but it was cancelled due to landslides.

Huge congratulations Dave, you've been working so hard for this and it looks like you still had loads to give, amazing 👏 👏💪💪💪🥳🙂
