Hi Everyone,

I’ve had a few people confused about the “Time for Me” package and what to book on the system.

If you are looking for a package (more than 1 treatment) please book the “Time for Me” package that is listed under pamper packages on the online system.

If you are looking for 1 treatment for the whole appointment, for example full body hot stone, lava shell etc then please book the appropriate massage under body massage on the online system.

The “Time for Me” price list is if you are looking to book 2 OR MORE treatments for the one appointment.

If you are only looking for 1 treatment then my standard price list is what you should be referring to.

Sorry for any confusion caused. I’ve had so many people looking for different combinations during a treatment. I thought creating the Time for Me deal would be better than trying to create different packages to suit everyone.

Just a little reminder for everyone who has an appointment to please allow yourself approximately 15 mins extra at the end of your appointment time.

At The Retreat we don’t believe that a 60 minute massage should only be 45 minutes of hands on treatment. Therefore please allow yourself an extra 15 minutes for a little chat before your massage and time to dress etc

For example if you book a 60 minutes massage at 6.00pm, please expect to leave the premises around 7.15pm.

If you are in a rush and only have the appointment time free, please let me know in advance.

Good Afternoon everyone,

Just a little reminder to make time for a little rest and self care. Life is so busy for everyone just now, but it is so important to take time for yourself.

I do also practise what I preach and this week is massage week for me. I look forward to that hour every 4 weeks where I can completely switch off and get those little aches and pains fixed.

We all deserve it 😊
