A little logo change as I feel my therapies and I have expanded and grown over the years 🤍
I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since it all began.
I’ve been studying kinesiology since September and I’m loving it, learning and developing is such an important part of being a holistic therapist,and I’m so lucky that I get to call this my job.

I want to say thank you to all my clients over the years for sticking with me. Bigger and better things to come 🤍I’m going to try and get better at social media and share my wellness tips with you, just have to get over hating my own voice and a host of other insecurities 🙈 but sure, we’ll get there, together.
