We have space during the day on Monday 9-5 and on Wednesday from 10-1 for any appointments for treatment. Send us a message to get booked for some manual recovery or if you're feeling tight and sore. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

We are now offering and referral scheme for our clients where you can get £5 off your next treatment by recommending a friend and family member to us for a treatment. It's as easy as that! Ask them to simply quote your name when booked and you'll have saved yourself £5.

Another happy client after receiving some taping treatment.
She was having pain in along her Patellar tendon and the bottom of her middle quad (Re**us Femoris).
Adding a bit of support goes a long way in rehabilitation!

First Kinesiology Client
After an assessment and understanding this clients past medical history (Injuries from a single car RTC) she was in a lot of pain from a dislocated thumb. She had completely ruptured the ligament which stops your thumb moving away from your hand(Ulnar Collateral Ligament) and sprain several other muscles in the hand. In light of a recent sprain of the muscle that let's you pull your thumb into your hand(Abductor Pollicis Brevis) we decided to tape her hand to relive some pain and pressure around her thumb.

Now offering Kinesiology Taping!
What is it used for?
Well, taping should be used in conjunction with manual therapy however its sole purpose is to help treat acute injuries. It is used to mitigate pain and swelling by creating more room within the fascia of a muscle/joint and so relieves pressure on an injured area. This allows you to use the muscle/joint with reduced pain and swelling to aid rehabilitation. It can be effective when timed right with your injury such as when you have recently had an injury or if you are having a flare up again with strains and inflammation.
