Mindful Reflexology works by helping to calm the Nervous System- in our busy world we often find ourselves in our stress fuelled Fight or Flight - Sympathetic Nervous System -Reflexology gives you time to enter the parasympathetic NS of Rest and recuperate or Rest and Digest . It helps ease stress and tension and encourages deep relaxation .
