✨ Hello lovely souls — new & familiar! ✨

I thought it was the perfect moment for a little re-introduction and a cosy catch-up.

I’m Laura — Sound Healer, Drum Facilitator, Reiki Master, crystal collector, instrument enthusiast (with far too many instruments… but is that even a thing?), dog mum, wifey, and very proud mummy to the best son. 💜

In my work, I weave together sound healing, Reiki, crystals, meditation, chakra balance, and deep energetic alignment to help people return home to themselves.

My purpose?
To spread the profound healing power of sound far and wide — to help others connect with their inner harmony, awaken their own gifts, and pass that healing forward. 🌟
Sound changes lives. I’ve seen it, lived it, and now I’m blessed to teach and share it every single day.

Can’t wait for Sunday’s wellbeing day with Extern Carrick/Larne in Drumalis 💜

Laura is a Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Musician and Singer who facilitates sound baths, rhythmic work, and drum-based practices for healing, presence and reconnection. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Sacred Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and IPHM Accredited Training Provider with her Soul Harmony Academy.

Through the therapeutic use of pure tone instruments — including crystal bowls, chimes, drum and voice — Laura creates immersive sound experiences that guide the body into deep rest, clarity and repair. As we gather at Drumalis for Pause in Season, Laura will hold sacred sound baths and guided meditative practices to support the natural transition of the season — a space to breathe, reflect and gently realign with your inner rhythm.

Sound baths offer profound benefits on every level: they support stress release, improve sleep, calm the mind, relieve tension held in the body, and open pathways for emotional clearing and intuitive insight. Many experience a reset — a returning home to self.
