Emotional Flow & Release – Water Sound Bath 🌊

There are moments in life where we feel the need to let go…to release what we’ve been holding, and return to a sense of peace within.

This deeply immersive sound bath is centred around the healing essence of water— inviting you to soften, surrender, and come back into flow.

We will begin with a sacred release ceremony, where you’ll be guided to write down anything you’re ready to let go of…and gently place it into water, watching it dissolve and transform.

From there, you’ll be guided into a calming, wave-like sound journey, designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.
