There are new radiators in the Studio. They're incredible. 😆

I have a building that's over 100 years old, no central heating and an empty building on one side of me, so it's actually a hard spot to heat while trying to keep electric costs sensible 😅

So thanks for your patience, but it's even cosier now! After the installation of the double glazing last year too, it's the best it's been 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

After the arrival of Vihas' newborn baby 👨🏻‍🍼at the start of this year, he is getting back into the swing of Acupuncture appointments once again! 🙌🏻

Vihas is an Ayurvedic expert and wellness consultant that focuses on his signature Marma Massage that resets the 108 acupressure points.

Going forward we will be releasing his availability a few weeks in advance, depending on his family commitments 🙏🏻

Vihas brings an incredible wealth of knowledge, grace and wisdom to his sessions here- I'd love for you all to get to know him!

The Reiki Initiation Path is almost completed!
I'm so proud of the students in this path already. The awareness, depth and self- inquiry that was cultivated in the 21 Day cleanse period has been just beautiful.

Today was our first in person practise, as I believe teaching Reiki should take the self-development portion a lot more serious. We wait a little more time so we can work on ourselves first.

The extended approach and container style training facilitates this and ensures you feel part of something bigger, with everyone else checking in and going through it together.

Later on the week we have advanced techniques training, and next week we have a day retreat to celebrate all our hard work!

I am working on Ripple Leadership training, aiming to complete it by June. I was going to include the Reiki path as part of it, but as I move through this current path I think it still deserves to be a standalone training in its own right. Which means I will run another few Paths this year while I see how the Ripple training unfolds 🙏🏻

Hey babe! I'm Julie, owner of The Harmony Hub NI, founder of The Luna Society and a holistic therapist based in Ballyclare✌🏻☮️

My work stems from a simple intention: helping you feel at home in your body and mind, reconnecting you with the goodness around you and bringing you into community with like-minded souls.

I've been building this holistic practice here in Ballyclare for almost seven years, and watching the wellness industry grow across Northern Ireland in that time has been something I'm truly proud to have been part of. Being among the early voices in this space matters to me, not for recognition, but because it speaks to a genuine, long-standing commitment to this work and to the people I serve. I've loved every second of it and am really excited for what the future holds for The Harmony Hub too 🙌🏻🙌🏻
