Raynaud’s Disease Awareness

Raynaud’s is a condition where small blood vessels overreact to cold temperatures or stress, temporarily reducing blood flow—usually to the fingers and toes (but sometimes ears, nose, or lips).

Watch for these signs:
🔹 Fingers/toes turning white, blue, then red
🔹 Numbness, tingling, or pain
🔹 Hands or feet that stay cold for a long time

Ways to manage Raynaud’s at home:

🧤 Keep hands & feet warm (gloves, thick socks, layers)
☕ Warm up slowly — use warm (not hot) water
🧘 Reduce stress when possible
🚭 Avoid smoking & limit caffeine
🏃‍♀️ Gentle movement to improve circulation

If this happens often or is painful, it’s worth talking to a podiatrist.

That night, as Bibble joined the other elves preparing Santa’s sleigh, he proudly wore his repaired green sock. With each step, its bells shimmered and chimed like twinkling stars.
Santa glanced down and smiled. “Sounds like you’re ready for Christmas Eve, Bibble.”
“I am,” Bibble said, standing a little straighter.
