Like cars our bodies need fuel in order to function but you wouldn’t put petrol in a diesel car so why put something into our bodies that disagrees with it. I advocate an holistic approach to Nutrition alongside a nurturing and healing the emotional body. I believe that every one’s bodies are different so we need to look at the person as a whole and tailor a plan that suits their lifestyle. Holistic Nutritional Therapy treats everyone as an individual, seeking out and removing the cause of the disease rather than simply suppressing the symptoms using medication. None of us should be feeling tired, irritable, low etc. Any ailment you have no matter how small or major I can help address with just a few diet and lifestyle changes and this can all be done remotely in the pleasure of your on home so it works well within the current restrictions. So what is happening in November 2025…..

This month is full of powerful energy that we must be aware of to make best use of this opportunity for health, wealth, growth and expansion. We begin with the 111 portal gateway which fires open at the start of the month directly on the back of Samhain (Halloween death portal).

Then today on the 5th of the month we experience the super full moon in Ta**us, ruled by the Goddess Venus connected with money, self love and surrender. This full moon marks a turning point and draws a line in the sand so to speak allowing us the permission to ‘fully’ take control of our own evolution and destiny. Your emotions may be high as they crave stability and to be fully held by you divine feminine and masculine so what better day to release this healing November meditation and activation to support you at this time.

I recorded this on the 31st, took me all week to bring this channelled healing through and I am so pleased that I did as it is truly magical.

Next up we have the almighty 11:11 portal and manifesting vortex so allow what no longer serves you to be released now to create space for what wants to be created. I take 13 mins at the start of the Healing Activation & Meditation to explain the energies as best I can so will do my best here in printed form. We are in a pivotal point in history and our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies must prepare to hold this new energy. As a collective we have been ascending and descending from 3D to 4D to 5D for centuries and the 31st October 2025 marked the ultimate end of this 24,000 year cycle. The final death. Now it is time to rise, to ascend higher than we have ever gone before and this 50 min healing channeled meditation and activation will prepare, detox an upgrade your 4 bodies so you can embrace that cosmic dance with the universe as we receive these new creative light codes for 2026….

August Energy Update is now available…

August and September are the most portent months of this year so we are being asked to Align with our Soul Self.

Keep things simple this month.

Yes Lions Gate and 88 is about manifesting and abundance but it doesn’t just magically appear.

To truely manifest you highest timeline (dreams and desires) you must get into your physical body and that actually where you start.

Pentacles in the tarot is coins but it is also the physical body.

We are receiving so many light codes and our bodies are dense so we need to allow the detoxification process as you ascend.

Lion’s gate is a gateway of ascension hence why I take you through 3 gates in my Lion’s Gate healing activation and you will really feel like you have had a healing session.

The Gold Gate – The Great Pyramid where we meet the Lion (sphinx) and the Lioness (Sekhmet), Gate 2 – The Heart were we are assisted by the 5D Emerald Green Dragon and the 9D Omega Dragon and Gate 3 – The star Sirius where we receive a DNA activation to help with our intuitive abilities from the Lyrans & Lemurians

I will leave this available until the end of the month as I really hold space to help you raise your vibrational frequency and as today is a full moon you will release the old in many ways so ground, rest & stay hydrated.

Our ability to manifest is dependant on our vibrational frequency and how aligned you are, hence the power of this portal as we receive these light codes as light purges anything we repress to raise our frequency. This assists us in returning to our divine feminine energy, where we live as our soul self in the light of our hearts.

Hence why we must heal & integrate the wounds to embody the light of our true selves and why many obstacles are appearing as triggers to access our shadows.

September is a month of Eclipses which bring in massive change and as humans we don’t do well with sudden change so I encourage you to be ahead of the game now and slow down, tune into and master your intuition so you are in the driving seat and not your fears…

The Lions Gate Portal ACTIVATION is now available 🙏🏻

As a fellow Leo I always ensure I channel an activation that includes powerful healing codes using reiki, integrated energy therapy, shamanic soul surgery/ retrieval and dragon healing in my activations and healing journeys.

To assist us we will receive other codes such as the number 8 (infinity, balance, power, abundance & creation) but also the number 7 as the day is an actual number 7 day (8+8+9=2+5 =7).

7 is actually a very masculine number to help with forward movement, action and achievement as it represents the chariot in the tarot.

The 3rd code is the number 9 year of completion and the year of the snake; kundalini masculine & feminine balance.

We have reached the most pinnical point of the year with this weeks Leo New moon.

To help integrate these energies, as a fellow Leo, I felt a strong pull to record a mini energy reading and meditation.

We are in a cocoon of sorts and have been since the 7/7 portal opened up leading to the 8/8 lions gate portal as I discussed in my July energy reading.

I have been shown September as a powerful time for many for FAST FORWARD MOVEMENT so it is no surprise that Eclipse season (which brings in massive change) starts on the 7th September just before the 9/9 portal on a no 9 year meaning FINAL COMPLETION.

Leo energy is about self expression, courage, heart centred intention and leading with your true soul self, which is your authenticity. It’s what makes you, you and there is no other person on this earth just like you so time to celebrate what makes you unique. Not dim it.

This new moon took place yesterday on the 24/07/2025 which in numerology adds up to a MASTER NUMBER 22 and reduces further to a 4.

22 is Jupiter energy, expansion.

4 is foundations, confidence and leadership.

These are the qualities that this new moon is activating within us.

Be open to allowing Leo’s empowering energy in to support your inner strength, to encourage you be that leader in your life rooted in authenticity (which is directly linked to abundance), to joy and that desired purpose.

In this meditation we start off in the cocoon in a cave (womb) in an actual canoe and simply allow the flow of energy to help release and guide you out in the the wide ocean towards the sun.

As you head towards that light trust in your inner fire as you focus and honour your vision and what intentions your setting.

Time to commit to a life that’s bold and meaningful and above all one that is truly your own.

The number 4 in the tarot is the emperor and the other 4 card is no13, the death card so connect with both these energies.

Allow the emperor (masculine) to direct & death to challenge you to release what no longer serves, what is blocking your progress so you can transform from the cocoon into this beautiful butterfly and create renewal in your life.

Welcome to this important energy update for July 2025

I’m recording this on the 17th July just before Mercury goes into retrograde as we prepare for the new energy coming in to help propel us forward with the new moon in Leo on the 25th July next week.

As a fellow Leo I know only too well how this sign can help motivate us and step into leadership in our lives, giving us the bravery and courage that we need to face our truth.

We are with a powerful gateway of energy between the 7/7 and 8/8 portal otherwise known as lions gate to help us move into abundance, balance and power in our lives. In other words we are experiencing a LEADERSHIP ACTIVATION so we will be tested by the world around us.

Stay calm and grounded, being the observer, seeing the big picture and ultimately the karma lessons.

Things have felt really stagnant since the start of 2025 we we have been tidying up energetic loose ends I’m hearing, whether consciously aware of them or not. With it being a no 9 year of completion with makes total sense as we prepare to shift and enter that higher timeline that we have been calling in.

So in preparation for that sit and review what you are actually calling in as INTENTION IS KEY. Time to put those intentions and goals into some sort of strategy with actionable and accountable steps no matter how small.

Time to fully know and understand your divine feminine and divine masculine energy and acknowledge and work through inner child wounds from this lifetime or others that maybe self sabotaging and holding you back.

You may have felt tired lately, disturbed sleep as you integrate the powerfully new light codes from the sun so simply allow yourself to stay in your feminine cocoon for a little longer and be the observer letting things play out.

This is a month of RELEASE, RESET, COMMITMENT, FREEDOM and COMPASSION.

We are half way through this powerful no 9 year of completion and June feels like the last initiatory month as it’s been an intense 6 months so far.

We have experienced many obstacles thus far so things will get easier as we literally move from the dark to the light leading up to the energies of the summer solstice (litha) on the 21st June.

We have been experiencing death after death of the old self and shadow and now it’s time to step into the light again bigger and brighter than before.

It’s set to be a scorcher of a summer here in Ireland and this is no coincidence as the light codes we are receiving from the sun (our masculine, our action) ramps up so does movement finally happen in our own lives so get ready for that rebirth.

Many are craving a freedom like never before.

That freedom to simply be and do what you want, what lights you up from within and expressed this outwards..

Many are being called to change careers, to learn new skills, to step up as a healer and in particularly guide the divine masculine energies within us all (males and females).

I’ve had many issues coming up with my son lately and when I talk to many this seems to be a theme as we birth the new balanced masculine as we have a duty as parents to shape the foundations for this new earth.

But remember ‘be the change you wish to see in the world’

It start with you, in your lane, reduce the distractions and get back on your path and stay committed. True divine masculine energy at it finest.

Feel the union on this no 6 month connected to harmony and unconditional love as you find that balance within and without as your masculine and feminine energies finally work together.

There has been a powerful influx of energy this week so I thought I would do another video to help us understand what’s going on.

The last time we shifed timelines to this degree was 2012 according to Elizabeth April so I thought I would do my own deep dive reading so we can actually use these energies at play to help move us forward away from fear towards love and ultimate union.

Where do we begin.

Let’s re cap.

We kicked off this month with the Beltane 5/5 portal, which I talked about in my last video.

This literally shook a feather feathers so to speak and brought much hidden/ subconscious shadow to the surface to be released on the Scorpio Full moon on the 12th which was only this week so we are still shedding.

Now you may notice some sudden triggers, anger, physical tiredness, lightheaded, blurry eyes, headaches or other symptoms as we integrate the powerful 55 light codes and now the Pleiades Portal energy as we head into the final 2 weeks of May.

Yes Pleiades is a star cluster of 7 but it’s a lot more. Many of us either originated from this powerful star or spent time there.

It’s known as the 7 sisters which, according to mythology are the sister nymph companions of Artemis (goddess of the hunt), which is Aries energy so no coincidence as Saturn enters Aries at the end of this month to start a brand new 25 cycle and so do we in our lives.

As I mentioned Saturn is the great father and helps us with discipline & structure bringing us many difficult lessons that are always for our highest good so really embrace and be the observer as you move through them and above all stay grounded.

The energy of shame may show up through connecting us back to our inner teenager or inner child so simply be present and allow all the pieces to fall together.

Purpose & power is another theme and that need to just take the mask off and show the world the real you and why not.

As I said in this video it really isn’t any of your business what anyone thinks of you and you can spend a lifetime trying to convince people of your worth & value, that you really are a good person but they can only see you based on how they see & love themselves.

Today is a very powerful Scorpio full moon ♏️

As you know full moons are all about release but when in the sign of Scorpio it’s more intense. Some will feel it more than others but if your one of them trust it’s there to serve you even if you cannot see how right now.

Everything has symbolism

Everything has something to teach us no matter how hard it appears at the beginning.

Scorpio is all about power and the soul self wants you back in your lane and your own power where you are your most aligned.

We all have a dark and light and when you can embrace, love, accept and integrate both you are one powerful being.

Remember we are human beings not human doings so start with simply being and trust in this present moment reminding yourself that you are safe and you are ok in this present moment.

Our souls are calling us forward and we are a little hesitant and that’s ok.

Don’t force it but move a little, step out of comfort zone and into courage.

You didn’t get where you are now without moving, shifting & trusting.

Today one my clients met the part of him that’s holding him back, almost self sabotaging him moving forward and he wasn’t aware. How did we find him? We went on a journey into how he was feeling, any pain in his body and simply asked. All the answers are right there, simply take the time tome listen or book a 1:1 and I will help hold that space and e be that guide.

This is Scorpio energy it hides that dark part of us in the shadows. That part of us that just wants to be seen, heard, loved and understood.

That part of us that created a false belief around a situation and just needs love.

That’s all our shadow needs so embrace the Scorpio full moon energy and surrender to what is and call those parts of us back from the shadow into the light…

I woke up to the words… stop and smell the Roses 🌹

This is what we are being asked to do in May. The no 5 month connected the the divine feminine, change & transition and the Rose.

We kicked off this month with the 5/5 portal on Beltane (union of masculine and feminine) so we must rest to integrate and receive these powerful energies this month as they continue to stream in especially with the deep lessons of the Scorpio full moon tomorrow on the 12th.

I had to stop myself and it feels wonderful to be back so I have a new energy reading ending with a bonus rose meditation for you to help integrate these powerful energies at this time.

The rose is the symbol of the sacred feminine. Its delicate petals, vibrant colors, and sweet fragrance, which are strong in the meditation as senses are important this month as we upgrade our timelines and our intuitive gifts, while the Rose’s thorns remind us of the need for boundaries and protection.

It’s time for many to walk the Rose Path of courage and this means embodying the qualities that the rose represents.

Just as a rose grows through different stages, we too experience our own evolution as we move through life’s transitions.

The Rose Path or Spiral 🌀 invites us to really embrace our personal growth, heal old wounds, and step into our authentic power and now is the time.

Just as rose draws its nourishment from the Earth and simply knows when to blossom and when to go dormant for winter, like I just did, so must you follow your inner heart

Hello to the beautiful energy of spring and our official new year.

I am delighted to be able to grab 20 mins to tune into this energy of the Spring Equinox otherwise known as Ostara with a healing meditation and some advice from the oracle & angels.

Equinox is all about balance.

It certainly feels super powerful this year as we are in an Eclipse Energy Sandwich so to speak as many of you have reached out to me about the heavy energy.

Trust an old version and part of you is literally dying and falling away so let him or her go.

In this healing meditation I rebalance your chakra energy centres giving each one a good flush and clear out.

We call in your higher soul self to do a beautiful cord cutting before we enter the Equinox doorway into INFINITY and beyond.

I loved the channeling of this meditation and symbolism of us all going through security at an airport as we literally prepare to travel to that new and higher timeline and we are not allowed to take any danger items ie lower self sabotaging energies with us which makes sense.
