To listen to the whispers of your soul, to integrate the false beliefs of the inner child alongside awaking the 'wild woman' within. Who we were when we were younger when we were fully in our power with strong boundaries and a clear knowing of who we are. My Wellbeing programs have helped thousands of men and women, whether you require a holistic nutritional plan to flush toxins, energy healing therapy to remove emotional blocks or yoga & meditation to calm the chatter of the mind. Like cars our bodies need fuel in order to function but you wouldn’t put petrol in a diesel car so why put something into our bodies that disagrees with it. I advocate an holistic approach to Nutrition alongside a nurturing and healing the emotional body. I believe that every one’s bodies are different so we need to look at the person as a whole and tailor a plan that suits their lifestyle. Holistic Nutritional Therapy treats everyone as an individual, seeking out and removing the cause of the disease rather than simply suppressing the symptoms using medication. None of us should be feeling tired, irritable, low etc. Any ailment you have no matter how small or major I can help address with just a few diet and lifestyle changes and this can all be done remotely in the pleasure of your on home so it works well within the current restrictions. I have qualifications in Holistic Nutrition, Allergy Intolerance Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy, Mary Magdalene Priestess Training, Doterra Essential Oils Advocate and Soul Realignment Practitioner via the Akashic records. Happy International Woman’s day to all the ladies….

With it being Mothers Day next weekend here in the UK we are certainly honouring the feminine this month as many are being guided to move from their mother to crone energy as I discuss in my March energy reading.

Very excited to be hosting this ‘Tasty Salad Cookathon’ with my friend and fellow health coach Trionna from live on insta this Tuesday 10th March.

I will be honest here, although I am trained in holistic nutritional therapy I am not a great cook or should I say adventurous cook and like many others out there I can hit a block when it comes to ideas.

For me, and maybe this will resonate I would eat super healthy all day long if I had a personal chef lol but I don’t so let’s do what we always do and learn how to do it ourselves but in a fun way.

So as a busy, self employed single, post menopausal mum of 3 teenagers I need quick, flavoursome, yummy ideas and with spring in the air and the sun out I am ready to pack away my slow cooker and get back into the salads….

I also need to loose this menopausal / high cortisol weight now I am out the other side of this stage and the stressful effects of going through a divorce as this has taken a toll on my physical body.

Mentally I’m in the best shape ever so I called my friend Trionna 2 weeks ago and said your salads are to die for, how do you make them so yummy and interesting and she was like I don’t know I just throw this and that together so I said show me and the I thought I bet you others would love to know her secret also so here we are.

Plus I have not done an instagram live since my marriage ended 3 years ago so time to walk my talk like I tell my clients and step out of my comfort zone!

March has certainly leaped upon us like Spring seems to do but it feels two folded…

I can feel the lightness in the air, the sense of hope with the buds of spring but also the last remnants of heaviness from this 9 year cycle of completion we are finalising this month once and for all.

Tuesday, we felt the 3/3 portal and the full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo.

3 in numerology represents creation, expansion, power and Christ Consciousness energy.

Full moon’s are about release of what no longer serves us. Feels like a final big purge that you could be feeling in the physical body as Virgo is connected to the body and also the number 33 is connected to the spine.

All of our chakra energy centres run along the spine hence why yoga and gentle stretches are super important right now.

My latest March energy reading is available so take what resonates.

9 key themes for the month as we close out this 9 year cycle before we take that leap of faith like the March hare are;

1. Time to speak your truth whether to other or your inner child

2. Cut cords to dramas & fears and bring yourself back to your center especially with world events

3. Connect to your wise inner knowing and intuition. Trust your gut no matter what. You don’t need to wait for the truth

4. Let go of the need to be right especially if in conflict right now as it’s distraction energy

5. Surrender & allow change, eclipses bring massive change and this can leave us disregulated so go slowly

“As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!

A quick energy read for someone❤️

Welcome to the YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE & Moon Solar Eclipse (called Ring of Fire in Aquarius.

In the chinese zodiac each year is associated with 1 of 12 animals and 1 of 5 elements and this year is the FIRE HORSE.

Yes horses denote freedom and usher in independence and forward momentum but they are also very sensitive, heart centred and intuitive creatures so this is what we will experience this year and anything not in alignment with your hearts desires will leave swiftly whether you are ready or not so ride that wave (or horse so to speak).

To prepare for this year I would advise:

1. Get into alignment, concentrate on one area of focus rather than load of goals. Reduce the overwhelm whether you can and protect you energy, peace and nervous system.

2. Break that one area of focus down into smaller achievable, daily steps.

3. Define what freedom means for you in your life as everyone is different.

Eclipses bring in massive change and we start with this New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius asking you to RESET and reclaim your power, sovereignty, authenticity and light.

Aquarian energy is rebellious, revolutionary, future focussed, visionary and community based.

You are being asked to come back home to the self with the Mother Mary blue ray energy (blue is associated with the higher soul authentic self), to literally question and remove yourself from what is holding you back. Ie what is not in alignment. Old systems, beliefs, energy, people, patterns etc

To get super intentional about who and where you place your energy this year to start this 9 year cycle off correctly.

To take you power back and reclaim it, to free yourself as horses are connected to freedom, to choose a new way forward that feel aligned and authentic to ou and no one else. To thyn own self be true…..

This is a special transformative eclipse because it is known as the RING OF FIRE.

It’s been an interesting start to 2026 because we are still shedding and releasing from 2025 and the year of the snake.

Officially this will continue until the 17th February when the year of the fire horse begins, however you wont feel the real events until the end of March, namely OSTARA or the Spring Equinox from 21st March 2026.

Many people are experiencing extreme tiredness, emotional overwhelm and the return of physical symptoms so let me try and help you.

You are in the void between two worlds, so to speak, so its going to feel strange. The good news is that you don’t need to actually do anything but be present and observe.

We automatically try and attach meaning and understanding and we don’t actually have to.

Sometimes our nervous systems are just simply over stimulated and need rest from the mind and the physical. Sometimes sitting down and watching a movie and letting the tears flow without attaching meaning is what you need. When you know you will know.

The year of the snake is also the year of karmic completion. Our deepest fears coming up to be cleared as a result of the consistent inner and outer work that you have done so it’s just a matter of working through them and stepping into courage.

The year of the firehorse is all about OPTIMISM & OPPORTUNITY. Horses are energetic, dynamic and full of perserverance but are also intuitive, gentle and warm hearted.

Horses thrive in environments where they can roam freely and be wild. They pursue passions without constraint, are impulsive at times and often unpredictable. This is what we will experience this year not just fast moving energy.

Then we add in the fire element with its mix of passion, courage and radical change and you have a year of rapid TRANSFORMATIONS.

But first let’s close out the past as we are also entering a no 1 year and brand new 9 year cycle and how you approach and stat this year will literally lead the way, almost like setting foundations to make it easier…

February has started with a firey bang. Now I know why I was guided to record this energy reading a few days in advance as it’s floored me too🔥

We kicked off on sun the 1st of February with the Fire Festival known as Imbolc, celebrating the beginning stirrings of spring. Welcoming the return of the light, your light.

Your light is essentially your power, your super power.

Your divine gift.

No more dimming to fit in, no more putting baby in the corner, no more hiding your true authentic soul self.

During imbolc we welcome in the goddess Brigid ‘the return to wholeness’ helping you to return back to your self but first let the old burn away with the last 2 weeks of the year if the snake.

I have recorded a short healing meditation to guide you through this also on my channel.

This coincided with the Leo Full Moon on the same day, assuring you to step forward as the leader in your own life. Leading from the heart, leading from love, not fear.

Connect with the firey energies of both imbolc and the Leo Full Moon & allow CREATIVITY to become your medicine, PLAY to be your presence and JOY to become your compass & ultimately share those gifts as your true authentic soul self.

The need to be seen and heard will becoming up for your inner child. Keep an eye on anger and frustration and what he or she wants to show you.

Then half way through the month on the 17th we begin a brand new cycle with the yea of the fire horse and the New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius.

This energy will help you with forward movement, choosing direction over hesitation and acting from inner alignment as long as you have surrendered to the release in the first two weeks.

Aquarius energy is all about innovation and breaking free from the norm. Therefore this new moon is all about setting intentions that are different and challenge you, almost like radical goal setting.

Setting clear goals that build solid foundations for future dreams with Saturn/ Neptune alignment. Let’s ride this wave of opportunity this month to integrate our masculine & feminine selves.

January has been an interesting month…

Started off slow for many, which is what we needed after the end of year festivities.

Now in these last 4 years of the snake year no 9 of completion we are being asked to closed that final karmic loop.

Many are feeling such anxiety, intense physical symptoms, extreme tiredness and a real lock of motivation.

Trust me you are not alone which is why I am writing this post.

This is why I don’t encourage anyone to start any strict exercise or healthy eating regimes. Make small, gentle manageable changes tha work for you and your souls blueprint.

Get to know you and what lights you up. Simply start to come home to the body, mind and soul and sit with him or here daily and listen, feel, accept and acknowledge. As I said to someone this morning who’s inner turmoil has came up and she slant know what to do next, awareness is the first step and there’s no rush.
