The Heart of a Horse

A horse’s heart doesn’t hold grudges.
It doesn’t rehearse the past.
It doesn’t build stories around pain.

When something moves through them — fear, tension, overwhelm —
they feel it fully…
and then they let it go.
Their hearts return to baseline.
Again and again.

There is no pretending.
No suppression.
No armour.

Just honesty.
Just presence.
Just truth in motion.

Sometimes I wonder how different our world would be
if we learned to feel the way horses do —
fully, cleanly, and without shame.

The horse heart is pure not because it avoids pain,
but because it knows how to move through it. 🐎❤️ x
