What is Yomassage?…

Yomassage is a self-care experience of restorative yoga, massage & therapeutic touch, guided meditation and breath-work, set in a small class group, and is also available for duo’s and 1:1
Yomassage is for everyone, you don’t need to have experience with massage or be flexible in any way.

When I bribe her with lunch to get her to come back and run another YOMASSAGE class 🤩🥰

I would LOVE to offer this as a monthly / fortnightly class in the studio ( that’s gonna involve a lot of lunches and a lot of bribing 😂😂)
