Things have been quiet on my page for a while due to some complications with my health so I had taken a step back to focus on my healing.
During this time, I’ve looked at the treatments I offer. I have had to make adjustments & need to stop some therapies, as it’s no longer possible for me to continue them. On a positive note, this has allowed me to expand on my journey with beautiful new healing therapies, which I will be introducing to Nirvana Therapies!
This will allow me to take a step back physically so as I can support my body & in turn offer a wider variety of healing to you all.
I will continue to offer Reflexology, as this has always been the MVP. I trained a few years ago in Usui Reiki & my lovely clients have had wonderful experiences with this amazing energy. I have now developed this further & added Angelic Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) & Rahanni Celestial Healing alongside some mini add-ons including Angel Card readings &/or a Warming Cacao session.
These are all treatments & additions I am extremely passionate about & have found amazing benefits from personally, especially since last summer facing my own physical & mental health issues.
