It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the sad passing of the late Jean Dunlop R.I.P.

Dunlop, Ballymena 24th March 2026,
Jean (Jane) R.I.P. Late of 18 William Street, Ballymena.
Daughter of the late John and Rose R.I.P.
Much loved sister of Isobel and the late Cassie, Isobel, Willie, Rosie, Mary and Paddy R.I.P.
A very proud aunt and great aunt.
Our Lady of Knock Pray for Her.
Jeans remains will be reposing at her late residence on Wednesday 25th from 7.30pm to 10.00pm and Thursday 26th from 11.00am to 10.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday 27th at 2.00pm in All Saints’ Church followed by interment in Ballymena Cemetery.
Very deeply regretted by her sister, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and the wider family circle.

Acknowledgment from the family of the late
Mrs Jean Mc Auley R.I.P.

The family of the late Jean McAuley wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

We especially would like to thank all our family and friends who attended Jean’s wake, who sent Mass or sympathy cards, posted messages online, brought food, attended the funeral, gave donations to Dementia NI and helped in any way.

The family would also like to express their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Braefield Care Home, Connor, for the care and attention they gave Jean in her final years.

A special thanks to Fr. Michael McGinnity, PP, and Fr. Joe Davis for their prayers and support at the family home.

Thank you to Fr. Joe Davis for celebrating the beautiful funeral mass and officiating at the graveside; and to Jean’s nieces, Anne-Marie McCloskey and Aileen McCourt, for their lovely singing and music in the funeral mass and at the graveside.

Thanks too to Claire Law and her staff at the Old School Cafe in All Saints’ Parish Centre for the refreshments after the funeral mass.

We would like to express a special thanks to Declan Stephens of Hassan Funeral Directors for the professional, kind and compassionate manner in which he conducted all the funeral arrangements and the kindness and guidance he provided to us at this time; it was much appreciated.

Jean’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated on Friday the 27th of March, at 7.30 pm in All Saints’ Church, Ballymena.

We hope that this notice will be accepted by all as an expression of our appreciation and gratitude

23rd February 2026, peacefully at Braefield Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Francis, loving mother of Patrick and Paul. Much loved mother-in-law of Fiona and Brónach and devoted grandmother of Patrick, Gráinne and Kitty. Cherished sister of Jimmy, Alex, Joe, Bertie, the late Sammy and baby Ann R.I.P. Daughter of the late Sam and Annie R.I.P.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 26th at 10.00am in All Saints’ Church, Ballymena, followed by interment in Ballymena Cemetery, Cushendall Road. I mentioned a few weeks back that I had a couple of health issues, great news, I’m back to full strength now. All things are great.

We are here to serve you in your time of need, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Thinking of all those families I served since last November at the annual Mass for the deceased in All Saints’ tonight. Unfortunately I’ve had a few health issues this week and was unable to attend. Thoughts and prayers with each and everyone of you this evening.

Mc Connell (nèe Hillis) 21st September 2025, suddenly in Spain, Kelly-Ann R.I.P.
Much loved daughter of the late Norman and Bernie R.I.P. Loving partner of Ian.
Devoted mother of Adrian, Katie and Ellie-Mae, Stepdaughter of George and stepmother of Sarah and Lucy. Mother-in-law of Lois and much loved sister to Adrian and sister-in-law to Annie. Loving aunt of Nikki, Shannon, Ronan, Aaron and Connor.
Kelly-Ann’s remains will be reposing at our funeral home and anyone wishing to pay their respects, they are most welcome on Sunday 5th October from 3pm to 6pm and Monday 6th from 6pm to 8pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 7th October at 10.00am in All Saints’ Church, Ballymena followed by cremation in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium at 1pm followed by refreshments in Mc Connells, Main Street, Doagh.
