So many times I listen to my clients telling me that they are doing things that friends & family want that they don’t want to do. They are constantly being drained and to the detriment of their own needs and their health. You do not need to do anything you want to …. period. You don’t need to give a reason or give an excuse. Simply no thanks is enough. Listen to your gut and put your own needs first 💜🙏🏻
