Happy New Year to each and everyone of you. For me it’s a time of reflection, recognising the obstacles I overcame, realising the strength I found on dark days, acknowledging my biggest achievement of the year - breaking an arrow on my throat & walking on glass, reminding myself that there is nothing I cannot do. 2026 is a time to set new goals and challenges but also to enjoy the simple things and be grateful for every moment, every friend, every kind word and deed.

I hope 2026 brings you everything you need and I hope you include some self care for yourself and putting yourself first for a change 💜🙏🏻
