Yoga and beyond for kids Northern Ireland Yoga for kids N I has been developed by a teacher with 36 years experience in SEN & wellbeing for children dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic.

We aim to build resilience ,self esteem, happiness and reduce anxiety and stress in our children My 1:1 classes and Specific support sessions will be in my bespoke new Rainbow Room from June 2022( or sooner )
Other classes and workshops will be based in Ballymena North Business Centre from March 2022
I can also deliver classes in venues of your choice eg schools, playgroups, children's parties and more
