Much loved husband of the late Sarah (Lena), loving father of Garry, Elaine and Jackie, father-in-law of Josephine and Miguel, grandfather of Kirsty, Mark, Tomas, Luke and Eve and great grandfather of Finn, River and Faye.

Service of thanksgiving for the life of Jack was held in Alan Francey’s Funeral Church on Wednesday 31st December 2025, followed by interment in Ballee Cemetery.

MITCHELL, George Ernest, aged 48 years, passed away 26th December 2025, tragically at his home in Waring Street, Ballymena. Much loved husband of Mary, loving dad of Rhys, Kayla, Leah, Courtney and Travis, cherished son of Geoffrey Mitchell and the late Barbara, devoted brother of Beryl, Geoffrey, Stephanie and the late Richard, a loving uncle, nephew and cousin.

A service of thanksgiving for the life of George was held in Alan Francey’s Funeral Church on Wednesday 31st December 2025, followed by interment in Ballymena Cemetery.
