I’ve been very productive during my time off and now I’m finally ready to show you all the little moon cabin!! This honestly does not feel real that this is mine! I have dreamed of having one of these since I started my holistic business and it’s true what they say manifestation works!

I can’t thank the guys at garden room sales enough for making my vision a reality and putting together this little haven for me and my clients , a true bunch of professionals!

Also massive shoutout to my amazing dad and my husband Jonny for all their hard work helping me set the cabin up, I’m sure I have their head wrecked😂

Last but not least thank you to my wonderful clients because whether it’s been a flying visit or a regular visitor, without your support and loyalty this would not be possible, I cannot wait to welcome you amazing ladies to my new space and I hope you love it as much as I do. You really are making a girls dreams come true!!

When I first trained in reflexology I knew this was my calling. I found it all so interesting and couldn't get enough of it. During our training we had to do 100 hours of practical case history's as well as written and seeing everyone's different reactions and experiences of it was fascinating.

For those who don't know reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to help balance the body out and remove blockages. Different parts of the feet correspond to different areas on your body. It is also deeply relaxing and a great stress reliever.

A reflexology session starts with hot towels to warm up the feet and a foot massage ritual to relax the feet before we ease into the reflexology.

Sometimes you may experience a tiny bit of discomfort on a certain relfex which usually indicates an imbalance but don't worry, the pressure can be adjusted if it is too uncomfortable.

Reflexology can help with circulation, stress, constipation, sleep, digestion headaches and many more. I've heard one client describe it as 'you walk in and float out' which I feel describes reflexology perfect

We can talk and have a laugh throughout your appointment or if you just want to relax , switch off and maybe fall asleep that's completely fine too.

It's been a hot minute since I've done a get to know me so I thought I'd do one since the page has grown alot since my last one

Hi I'm Claire, I'm 29 and married with 2 dogs and a bearded dragon as kids🤣 I love nature walks, chocolate animals, tattoos (as you can prob tell🤣), clothes shopping, pizza and tea!

I've always had an intrest in the holistic side of things from crystals to essential oils and have always loved having holistic treatments done on me.

I trained in massage about 11 years ago but only decided to go self employed 2 years ago where I went on my further my training in reflexology, reiki and aromatherapy learning from other amazing women in the industry. I love seeing the great effects they have on the body and holding space allowing women time to just be themselves away from the worries of the world.

I'm so thankful for each and every client that comes through my door and I still can't believe I get to do this as a job. I cant wait to see what the year has in store for Little Moon😍
