Happy World Mental Health Day!

I wish others could see what postnatal depression looks like…

It’s not always tears or breakdowns.
Sometimes, it’s smiling while feeling empty inside.
It’s loving your baby but feeling disconnected.
It’s exhaustion that sleep can’t fix.
It’s guilt for not feeling the way you thought you ‘should.’

Postnatal depression doesn’t always look obvious — but it’s real, it hard and it’s valid.

If this sounds familiar, please reach out, seek help, I wouldn’t have made it without it. 💚

Remember, you are not alone. You are not failing. You are healing.
