Hey there Fitfam!
Ready to give your legs the workout they deserve? ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿฆต Here's a killer leg routine to complement your push and pull days. Get ready to feel the burn and see those gains! ๐Ÿš€

This is workout 3/3 of my Push, Pull, Legs routine!
I will be doing a muscle building challenge using these 3 routines and my self made diet plan which I will share some recipes from in the future!

๐Ÿ”ฅ **Warm-Up**
- 5-10 min of light cardio & dynamic stretches. Get those legs moving!

๐Ÿ”ฅ **1. Squats** - 4 sets x 8-12 reps
- Master the king of leg exercises! ๐Ÿ‘‘ Remember: back straight, core tight!

๐Ÿ”ฅ **2. Leg Press** - 3 sets x 10-15 reps
- Challenge yourself, but keep that form on point! ๐ŸŽฏ

๐Ÿ”ฅ **3. Romanian Deadlifts** - 4 sets x 8-10 reps
- Feel the stretch and strengthen those hamstrings! ๐Ÿน

๐Ÿ”ฅ **4. Lunges** - 3 sets x 12 reps/leg
- Lunge forward into strength! Alternating legs or all on one side. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ

- Quad goals! Focus on the squeeze. ๐Ÿ’ช
