Itโ€™s not because โ€˜nothingโ€™ works for them.
Itโ€™s not because they have a slow metabolism.

Everyone has goals and things they want to achieve but most people never get there because of waiting for that โ€˜perfect timeโ€™ to start..

โ€œIโ€™ll start back when work isnโ€™t as busyโ€

โ€œIโ€™ll tidy up my eating when the social events I have coming up have passedโ€

โ€œI just donโ€™t have the timeโ€

People spend their time making excuses and only dream about what they want to achieve.

The first step to reaching your goal is taking action.
No more excuses. Just get started.

If you feel you have a valid excuse for not starting, then ask yourself:

โ€œ Is there anyone who has the same excuse as me but has already started to work towards their goals? โ€œ

The answer will be ๐—ฌ๐—˜๐—ฆ.

Busy parents with school runs, work schedules, after school activities plus taking young kids at the weekends to different activities or sports are getting 2-3 sessions in a week and making progress.

Nurses, care workers and other occupations that require juggling their shift patterns from day and night shifts are building great physiques.

People who havenโ€™t stepped foot in a gym for a while or ever, have pushed themselves out of their comfort zone and are getting in and making progress each week.

I know this for a fact, because these people train at The Training Hub.
