It’s another busy month at Studio 9. Along with all the regular Yoga and Pilates classes, returns with her very popular sound bath meditation classes, and Brenda from is back for some more Kundalini yoga. We really do have something for everyone. There’s still some availability in some classes, so please do get in touch with the relevant teacher if you’d like to join. There’s never been a better time to start.

Busy weekend for our physios with Oisin helping Ballymena Academy having a great win down at the club and myself travelling down with Ballymena RFC seniors to Limerick who had a tight loss (16-11) away from home to Old Crescent.

With the cross border waiting list initiative coming back into effect if you or someone you know has been waiting for surgery for a long time it can be worth considering that option. One of the hospitals participating is running information meetings in Belfast in July about how it works
