Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a physical (or manual) therapy specialising in the treatment of soft tissue pain, injury and recovery. Through the application of Neuromuscular therapy techniques we can enhance the function of joints, muscles and the general arthrokinematics of the body. Joseph Downey NMT, graduated in 2014 from from the College of Complimentary Medical Education (CCME) through the National Training Centre of Ireland (http://www.ntc.ie/). Before studying Neuromuscular Therapy, Joseph graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2011 with an honours degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences.
