Reiki is an ancient rediscovered natural healing technique for reducing stress it promotes healing and relaxation and allows everyone to tap into the unlimited supply of 'Life Force energy'. He attained enlightenment and a healing ability was bestowed upon him.in 1922 at age 57 while he
was fasting and meditating on Mt Kurama in Kyoto. He felt that
this wonderful gift should be shared with others passed on so this precious
ancient healing gift would not be lost again. He gave the world the the healing system and guiding principles for Reiki
and practiced them for the rest of his life. He gave us the Five Spiritual Principles of Reiki. Just for today I will let go of anger: To let go of anger is to release what is blocking us from loving unconditionally. Just for today I will let go of worry: When we worry we have forgotten that there is driving force in everything:
Today I will count my blessings: Counting our blessings keeps us aware of the abundance in our lives. Today I will do my work honestly: By being honest with ourselves and facing the truth in all matters, we can live a truly harmonious life. Today I will be kind to every living creature: As we love and are kind to all living creatures we experience a sense of Unity. Reiki is a complimentary therapy and always works for the greatest good of the receiver. Reiki : Balances organs: Releases Blocked feelings:
Enhances personal awareness: Heals holistically: Promotes creativity; Eases pain: Clears
