Why is foot health paramount? Our feet & limbs are the foundation of our bodies and often carry a deeper insight into our general health status. Ensuring good foot health should ultimately provide comfort & relief but also prevent more serious complications whilst maintaining mobility & quality of life.

August is almost upon us and all apts are booked although often cancellations due occur.
**Please remember to provide at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel.

Happy 2nd birthday to JMcC podiatry at Galgorm!
A big thank you to Sarah Simpson 's phamacy and her staff for making me feel so welcome and looked after.

A huge thank you to all my existing and new patients, without you all, (and your continued support) I wouldnt be kept quite so busy!

This past year has seen my return to teaching at Magee which I've been really loving, I'd forgotten how much I missed the academic aspect. Thanks to my patients for being so accommodating with regard to changes in days and apts.

Here's to many more happy years at Galgorm.

Isn't this weather just incredible!! Nothing like the sun on your back and the sand between your toes.

Sand is good as a natural exfoliator for dead skin and callus & walking on it helps strengthen the foot muscles. Dipping our feet in the sea is great for its anti inflammatory properties and can help with skin conditions in terms of reducing itching and dry skin.
**Pay careful consideration to walking barefoot if you're diabetic or have any neuropathy of the lower extremities.

One more week of JMcC before im off for half term so try and book any future apts early to avoid disappointment.
June & July already have limited apts.
